A note from our CEO and Founder

I know this is usually where you're supposed to read about ROI, how we're going to make you more money, and how amazing my team and I are—but you can find all that on the rest of the site. I wanted to use this space to share a bit about me and the ethos behind this company.

I started Filar because honestly, I was fed up. I didn’t like the ethics of corporate culture, and I was tired of watching people get ripped off for design, marketing, and advertising services. There are a lot of folks out there who don’t really know what they’re doing—and it frustrated me enough to say, "I could do this better."

At my core, I’m a designer. My motto? Think big—because anything is possible. Why aim for ordinary when you have the potential to be extraordinary?

What matters most at Filar is that we treat people like people, not cogs in a machine.  I won't kid myself and say my team and I are family, but I like to think that we are!
